What we collect
When you enquire or leave an email, we may collect your name, phone number, email, child’s first name, year group, subject interest and any message you send.
Why we use it
To respond to assessment requests, arrange visits, deliver tuition if you enrol, and send centre news only if you signed up for updates.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while we may reasonably need them for admissions or customer care, then removed or anonymised. You can ask us to update or delete marketing contacts at any time.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold. Contact us via the enquiry form and we will call you.
Family account
If reception invites you to a family login, you can see your child’s sessions, fees and a short progress note, and tell us about absences. Staff notes, medical detail and other families are not shown there.
